Athletic Forms & Info

There is a new requirement for school attendance for school year 2012-13:  Students entering grades 6 and 9 MUST SHOW PROOF that they received at least one dose of Tdap (Whooping Cough) vaccine with their completed Illinois Physcial Examination.  Students in 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades are recommended to get a Tdap booster by the Illinois Department of Health.

Booster Club Committee Meeting Update From Feb. 27 Meeting

For the last three months, the District 303 Athletic Booster Sub-Committee has gathered information including: a survey of the athletic budgets; a survey of similar high schools’ athletic booster structures; and the input of District 303 coaches. The future work of the Sub-Committee, beginning with the next meeting on March 12^th, will be to develop an organizational model for a single athletic booster organization at each of the two District 303 high schools.
